After 20 years I have a couple claims, and underwriting finds a reason to not renew me. I was moving from AZ to Utah, and in switching agents / policies (AllState to AllState) somebody enters a day/date incorrectly and technically Im uninsured for a day?!? THEIR FAULT, but as soon as Im up for renewal underwriting tells me Im being dropped due to a gap in coverage. I thought they "had my back". I used to be happy with their service. Be aware !!!!! Hidden costs. Please read and spread the word. Be aware. It's my personal experience . All state Arizona has a hidden policy which will collect 10% of your total premium if you cancel your motorcycle policy before the policy term(usually one year). Example Let's say your insurance premium is $150/month. For a year you pay 12 * $150 = $1800. All state will charge you 10% of your premium that is $180 as fees for canceling policy. It is not included in the terms and conditions document which we sign. When you ask them to show the rule they will say it's not it in documentation but still they will ask us to pay and if not they threaten us saying that uncollected amount will be sent to collections department . Even the All state corporate office replys you with the same. I will be writing a brief article and post the linkwith all the proofs regarding this so that it won't affect others. Stay tuned.

We have been customers of Jerry's for 17 years and have always been treated well by Jerry and his staff. Allstate is a reliable company and Jerry's agency mimics that reliability.
