        A great guy but they customer service is getting worse everyday and they dont answer the phone unfortunately, i have been with them for 10 years and i do recommend them but the issue with answering the phone when i call. Otherwise is 10/10

        The bad experience I had is that after you pay to cover you for a disaster or a house repair, the insurers close your policy and leave your house without insurance. Since you have had claims, they want clients who do not have repairs that they can't afford. Money but no expenses,
