Twisted Cultures Yogurt Shop

So I was just in,ibspend alotnof money on frozen yogurt, soft serve whatever you want to call it and was charged 51 dollars for 2 lrg cups and a small cup of chocolate chips .I normally spend between 30 to 40 high end never 50.So I went to yogurtini on third and 59th Ave 39 dollars for the exact same thing!! Lost a customer maybe weighing everything is effecting the price I was 2 dollars shy of the 51,I'm glad because I learned and saved money God bless!

The dude working here grabbed a handful of candy out of the jug while filling the container. We left. Health department needs to check this place.

Tonight my wife and I went to Twisted Culture to get her some fro-yo. We got a cup just for her, after loading it up, we noticed there wasnt any peanut butter topping, which was a bummer. We went to pay for her cup, and I asked if they honor Military Discount. The female cashier said yes but only on your order, and I didnt think much of it until I paid that there was no discount applied. So when asked about the discount, she said she did not apply it. And I said oh ok, can I get a credit or refund for not applying the discount then? She said no. I asked for the manager and she refused to give me the managers information. She then said she could refund half of the order for the inconvenience. She rang it up on the register and then hands me a 1 dollar bill. She said thats the 10% discount. I asked for my receipt and left. I was baffled at the service and figured Id post this review instead of trying to correct it with the cashier. Hopefully someone will see this and go somewhere else.

This place smelled and looked dirty. Toppings don't look fresh the gummy was hard to bite into and the counter lady was just staring at me and my family while getting the Toppings made me feel uncomfortable. Customer service was horrible. I will never again come back to this place.
