Just went through the drive thru and realized you guys barely gave us any cheese what is this ? We were in the mood for cheese fries we shouldve just ended up going to Portillos atleast they wont be stingy

Ok, I'm updating my review. I eat at this location 1-2 times per month. Every single time there are issues with the drive through. This isn't hyperbole, literally every trip there are issues. Unable to correctly copy my order, forgetting items, charging me for a different car's order, etc. Each time I end up waiting at the window for several minutes while my burger gets cold. When the restaurant was new I figured it was just that. New restaurant, new crew, new city with new customers. I think it's been enough time to get the kinks worked out. Food is still good. Except the fries. Why are they both skinny and an inch and half long? After the workers smash them into the cup it's more work than it's worth to eat them.
