David Pole - Phoenix Real Estate Agent

This review is long overdue but very well-deserved. David was our real estate agent when my wife and I moved to Arizona last year. I initially contacted him a couple of months before the proposed move. I was immediately impressed by his knowledge of the market and the area, but what really stood out was his willingness to listen to what we wanted. He always had time for us and we had regular phone conversations to plan our strategy. When the time came for us to visit and look at homes, David provided a level of service that is simply unmatched in my experience. I have bought and sold homes in 4 other states and have had a couple of very good/excellent agents along the way, but David is at the very top of the list. He not only took the time to drive us around, but provided an updated binder of properties for each day of our visit. Every day included extensive discussions, and as always David was more than generous with his time and expertise. After 3 days and approximately 30 homes visited, we placed an offer on a property and David sealed the deal for us. He even treated us to a celebratory dinner afterwards. I cannot recommend David highly enough. As a real estate agent, he has exactly the right mix of professionalism, knowledge, energy, enthusiasm, and attentiveness to the needs/desires of his clients. He manages to do all of that while still remaining 100% genuine and affable. We were entirely satisfied with our experience from beginning to end and will definitely retain him as our agent for all of our future real estate transactions.

I worked with David and his lovely sister Nina for a recent home purchase. He was so on top of everything and proactive. After months of searching, in which David offered expertise, patience, and personalized recommendations, the house we ended up in was one he found right before it hit the market. The early viewing he scheduled was key to our offer in a competitive environment with low inventory. He is the rare combo of honest, ethical, dogged and assertive which is what we needed. He took care of us from offer to inspection to move-in and beyond!

If youre looking for an attentive, hardworking realtor who is dedicated to getting you into the home of your dreams or out of a home youve outgrown, David is your guy. My husband and I struggled with a previous realtor that was determined to get us into any home or a home they felt was right for us versus what we wanted. Finding David was exactly what we needed. He listened to our wants and hustled each day until he got us into a home we adored. David is incredibly responsive and has a natural knack for negotiating. If youre a first-time buyer or in the market for a new realtor, give him a buzz. You wont regret it!

David helped my mom sell her home, which was difficult for her after her divorce. He was compassionate and made sure she not only accepted the best offer but that she was happy with the next people that would love the home as much as her. I can not recommend him enough.
