I have a warranty but I need to pay $355 to diagnose the problem. Very disappointed. Whats the point of a warranty that I paid $3,000 for on a $6k car. I feel I got ripped off at every end of the deal. I understand they can't diagnose all day for free but to check if the car needs Freon and tighten the loose radiator fan sounds ridiculous. I had a feeling they were going to be a ripoff when I called and I was right. Wasted time and money. They could have told me that over the phone instead of having me drive it in they didn't even look at it without cash in hand. Sales people have to give free proposals all day long in hundreds of industries. It's part of the job. And proposals can be very in-depth and take days or even weeks to prepare. It is built into their hourly rate.
