Do not move here! If you enjoy peace and quiet this is not the place for you. People blast their music all day and night. They let dogs bark all hours day and night. Then they lie and say their security team is on the premises 5 nights a week NO THEY ARE NOT! I have called countless times and nobody ever shows up! When you call the guy on the phone says it could be an hour but we will send someone out. I hate it here! My anxiety has gone through the roof, I know have heart issues due to the loud music and the anxiety from the dogs barking. Yes we have talked to management about the noise and thet don't give care. Oh yeah and like everyone else says their is bugs. If you can help it move somewhere else!

I work with Valley King Properties in Mesa as an apartment locater. We just recently started working with Aztec springs; and the leasing agents Shey and Sergio are absolutely amazing. They have gotten my customers approved immediately and scheduled for move in so quickly. I absolutely love the property. It is tucked away in a quiet area in Mesa. I love how welcoming the whole staff is, including the manager and finance manager. I can't wait to continue working with them :)

Cooper came and replaced our garbage disposal. He was quick and didn't leave a mess. Thank you Cooper!!
