Saratoga Apartments

Lived here from August 2018-February 2020. It was a good first apartment you are close to plenty shopping and entertainment and the free ways are all near by. During spring training it gets really crowded but other than that never had issues with leaving for work etc.. no assigned parking but never had issues with parking My issues were you could smell the smoke it your neighbors smoked, could hear everything going on outside all times.. expect a lot of broken or cheap appliances,. No dishwasher, the stove was old and I felt scare to Usenet it most of the time.. oh I was upstairs anencephaly could hear myself walking so I can only Imagine what the people on first floor went through.. Neighbors were nice I kept to myself so didn’t have issues. Pay your rent on time and just be honest with the managers and they will work with you.

NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY ITS INFESTED WITH BUGS, AND YOU NEED TO FEAR FOR YOUR SAFETY. AND THEY ALSO HAVE YOUR CAR TOWED TO RECEIVE A KICK BACK FROM THE TOWING COMPANY . wE HAVE CALLED FOR PEST AND PLUMBING PROBLEMS AFTER MOVING IN FOR 1 MONTH AND THEY HAVE BEEN THERE 7 TIMES AND ITS STILL NOT FIXED. SUPERVISOR KIRSTIAN VASQUEZ IS WORTHLESS

This place has a roach infestation and there have been car break ins in their parking lot. Their bathtubs have extreme leaks. They don't have any appliances in their kitchens.
