*****Update! So I moved out at the end of February and it is March 21st and I'm still waiting on my deposit which the manager Debbie told me is mailed by the corporate office. I left the place spotless and according to Az law my deposit should have been returned in a 14 day window. Good thing I took pictures before I left. Now I'm contacting the FTC and an attorney to get my deposit back. I was a very good tenant and I'm hurt these people stole my money.****** I have been here since February and I love my apartment. Neighborhood not so nice gun shots frequently and I had a $10 plant stolen off my porch but management is wonderful and Debbie makes sure things are fixed right away.

Lived at the sandpiper apartment for a year with no issues until I moved out. I have been waiting on my refund check for my deposit since May and I moved out at the end of April. I was told front the front office manage Debbie that the corporate office said they would mail the check out by the week end of May 26th. I contacted Debbie again because I still havent received check. I even sent a email as she request and the corporate office emailed me back saying since the check hasnt been cleared they will cancel and reissue check. I emailed them back and did not get a response so I contacted Debbie again and they told her it was mailed out on Friday June 14th. Debbie has been wonderful on trying to help me resolve this issue but the corporate offices has been horrible! They dont reply to emails and there no direct number to contact them.
