I lived in villa Fiesta apartments for almost 25 years I don't have any issues with my apartment the office is good for what do and maintenance staff are very good I'm planning on staying here for a while longer

We LIve At Villa Fiesta Long Time Ago WE Live At 1074 Apt & 1056 We Just Move Back Last Weekend When I Live At 1056 At Time James Was Only Mainatence Guy Think It Was About 2 months Me & James Know Each One 16 years Darla know her about 4 plus All Of All This Is Great Place To Rent

I would NOT recommend moving here. We have been here for a year and a half and have never come across any issues, and unfortunately due to a recent situation, we will NOT be renewing our lease and DO NOT recommend moving here. My husband was walking our dog, who is registered with the complex as my Emotional Support Animal. While on his nightly walk, my husband and ESA were attacked by another dog in the complex. The police was called and we did file charges and reported this to the office. The tenant was caught trying to flee the scene in an Uber. When we reported it to the complex, they made a comment that they were already aware of this tenant and dog. We also heard from another neighbor that this happened to her and her dog and the tenant was told to remove her dog and proceeded to remove the dog for 30 days before bringing the dog back. This neighbor also stated that this tenant had not been reprimanded due to the fact that they were a family friend of the managers. Based on this information and their comment, it made it seem like they were AWARE that there was a dangerous dog in the complex which violates the pet and lease agreement and that they KNOWINGLY let the tenant keep this dangerous dog on the property. After this incident, we followed up with the office and they said their manager was available Monday/ Tuesday morning which unfortunately didn't work for us. A few weeks passed and we followed up with the office after noticing that the same apartment again had a dog on the premises. We received a text message back that they were unable to disclose the details of the actions they took. I no longer feel safe living here knowing that this is the second time this has occurred, it has been reported both times, and that this tenant continues to possibly have an aggressive dog on the property and management is aware of it. Please stay far away from this complex especially if you have pets or younger kids as you can't even go on a walk safely.
