Ascend Mountain Vista

My fianc and I have been living at this complex for more than a year now, and we like it here. Angelica was lovely when we went to handle our lease renewal and took the time to answer all of our questions. The gym facility is well-equipped, and the grounds are very nice. There are multiple BBQs that can be used by residents, and large green spaces. The shape of the complex also makes it feel pretty private despite being on a busy road. They did recently stop heating the pool which is shame as we were told it would be heated year round upon moving in, but there was a change in ownership so I suppose these things are to be expected. The interior of the apartments is nice, though sometimes you can tell the building was completed in a hurry. The walls are sheetrock rather than drywall, which affords more noise dampening. You can still hear if you neighbors are having a screaming match, but thankfully are spared from being able to make out every word. Overall, it is nice place to live for the cost and we are looking forward to being here for another year.
