Horrible place to rent at apartment save yourself your money from this money hungry owner who took over this place paint in an apartment per state of ARIZONA is normal wear and tear yet they charge your for it below is my final invoice I got dont rent from this place I have video and photos of how place was not trashed or left dirty I will be seeking a lawyer for other bad stuff this place has that does not comply with a lot of compliance needed

Crismon Gateway is such a great relaxing and quiet place to live. It is perfect for single people, families, retired couples and honestly just a perfect mixture. Never have I once had any complaints about the community and the apartments are BEAUTIFUL. LOVE LIVING HERE!

I loved how small and homey the complex felt, as well as how close I was to almost everything. the home was pretty with vinyl floors, lots of windows and granite tabletops, minus the previous renters scuffs and marks throughout the home it was nice. I loved how private the backyard felt and my neighbors were so warm and welcoming! Gizelle really helped me out with her communication and patience. A couple months in my dishwasher broke and I had to hand wash all my dishes for about a month waiting on parts. Of course its not anyones fault so when asking for a concession for the lack of an appliance I was approved. we decided not to renew our lease for a couple of reasons. First we didnt have any fans to start with, the walls drove me nuts they are chalky and its so hard not to get any marks on them. Easy to clean but hard to maintain. No gym, and its pricey!!! For what it is I feel like it was a total scam living there. Almost 1900$ a month for a one bedroom, I didnt even have a garage added to that or pets. Which are all big charges. Im almost paying 400$ less than that for a bigger, and nicer place. Crimson was great but it definitely had its faults.

I had high hopes moving in to this place. When I viewed the unit, Lavina was so nice and sweet and the model looked gorgeous and I was sold. Fast forward to moving in and Lavina is no longer the property manager. The new person Gizelle is rude, disrespectful and very unhelpful. The maintenance team is a joke. He only comes one day a week so if you have something that breaks after his day, you have to wait at least week to get it fixed even if its something that is high priority like a hole being in your front door allowing every insect in Mesa in. Oh and this is after Gizelle tried give me instructions to fix the door myself. I am not maintenance and dont own a home because I dont want to fix anything! Lastly the feesoh the fees. Not only do you have to pay for your own electricity ,water and sewer which is expected. You also have to pay separate for electric, water trash, gas and sewer for the community itself. So you basically have to pay all your monthly fees TWICE! These apartments are not worth it as they were thrown together. No attention to detail as I have paint on my glass shower doors, nicks in my bathroom mirror, and fingerprints in the paint on my pantry door. I will not be a long term tenet here as I expected and a highly suggest you look elsewhere. ETA: Interesting how all these 5 star reviews showed up at the same time.....Interesting....
