Within months of moving in, I encountered issues with low-quality appliances and poorly constructed cabinets that broke unexpectedly. Despite following the recommended process and filing a ticket on the website, I encountered difficulties as my designated apartment number could not be found in their system, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard. Additionally, the recent discovery of a sex offender moving in next door to me has understandably left me feeling uncomfortable, particularly as a renter living with a family of women. This unsettling situation has highlighted the importance of thorough research and caution when considering renting in this area. As a tenant, I feel it is essential to share my experience to caution others. While the convenience of the location may be appealing, potential renters should carefully weigh their options and consider looking elsewhere for a more secure and comfortable living environment.

Very run down, ceilings are filthy black, smokers at every apartment doors. Starting to look very ghetto, front looks liveable back area nasty. Not worth the rental cost.
