    I lived at Asteria and the manager Lea transferred to Station 21. As soon as my lease ended, I followed because she has always made me feel at home. I knew that would continue when I fist came to tour and Jonathan and Collin made me feel welcome when I walked in the the door. I love my neighbors and am very happy with my apartment. Every single member of the front office and maintenance says hello to me by name and truly makes me feel at home daily while I walk my dog.

    When I first moved here twenty years ago it was nice place however over a period of time especially in the last eight years this complex had one landlord after another that did not care. Then came Station 21 Apartments. After suffering from a fire I came back in three months and worked with Collin and Lia who have worked very hard to get this place back on its former footing of being a decent place to live.. My remodeled apartment has all new Whirlpool washer, dryer, dishwasher, disposal,stove, oven and built-in microwave, the floors are new and shiny and the bathrooms are remodeled. It's bigger and better and it's a place you can call home. New staffs take a while but Lia and Collin have turned everything around and listen when you have a problem. What more can I say recuperating from a fire where every I owned was lost and it was easier for me since Lia and Collin of Station 21 took ever the whole place looks nice and the staff has improved..     if you wanna move here good luck because they never answer the phone..update: rent base is 1345/month but they hit you with taxes and fees so it ends up being 1600.. not to mention utilities and internet with the low end appliances and counter tops

    Have called numerous times and no answer. Everyone in the front office doesnt even know how to handle their tenants. Most of them dont even really know how to answer question and concerns. We had 3 FLOODS while we lived there due to bad piping and the manager was very rude and aggressive with me and tried to blame the issue on us. I had tried to get in contact with her MULTIPLE times about when these issues would be resolved and when she finally decided to reply all I got was an email stating that the floods were OUR fault because we had a hanger on the sprinkler system in our storage unit We didnt even have a sprinkler system in there at all! We didnt have a pantry/ laundry room and washer and dryer for over 3 months! We had to have all of dry food in the small dinning area until they finally were able to fix our unit. My son has severe asthma and having to live in those conditions while still paying a ridiculous amount for rent was crazy. We only got reimbursed $50 for the inconvenience. The manager was a horrible woman and when we were finally able to move out she was cold and rude to us when we tried to drop our keys off at the office. Living there the 3 years we did was the most stressful and horrible times of our lives. We got charged and fined for so many ridiculous charges and could barely do anything to make our house feel like a home. The rent continues to go up over there but the property gets worse and worse. Im glad we got out of there and I hope this place loses business. Renters beware.
