I work here as a vendor for the community. Janet, the community manager, is highly communicative, works nonstop for her residents even working on her off days and holidays to help resolve issues to get her residents the services they need and ensure the units are in great condition.

Roxanne helped me move in and made the process smooth and easy. She answered all of my questions and I was left very satisfied. Very happy with the new apartment and looking forward to staying here!

This place is awesome. Under market value for zip code for rent costs, well kept landscaping, fervent management led by Janet who is a work horse. Janet at a moments notice, is willing to assist with any help needed. Roxanne also is amazing when it comes to leasing. All around great place to raise families, low/no homeless, walking distance to Dobson ranch Golf course where you can have a Top Golf like experience for a fraction of their costs, and even cooler is if you go the the Dobson Club house, 20$ fishing license for all ponds within walking/bike distance from the complex. Schools next door, this place is a no brainer for those who want a peacefully place to raise families or just relax.

Im a vendor, at property. Service the community and get to walk around it. The staff is very professional and informative. They care about the community and whats best for it. I enjoy going there. :)
