        I lived here for a little over a year, and had an overall good experience. For the most part maintenance is very friendly and awesome to work with. Staff in the leasing office are also very nice and helpful with any issues you may have. Pests are not really an issue here, only have seen an abundance in unharmful spiders but have stayed out of the apartments. Apartment layout is a bit weird and was were a majority of complaints are. Oven and fridge were placed next to each other which led to minor appliance cosmetic damage due to having to physically move the fridge every time if I wanted to open oven, or move it back again after oven use to prevent it from grinding against the wall.

        I've only lived here a few months but already its by far the best apartments Ive ever lived at. I NEVER write reviews. This is the first time I have ever felt compelled to write one. The office staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. They always treat us with kindness and a huge smile. And the maintenance people have always worked quickly and efficiently to make everything comfortable for us. Weve had a few problems with our AC but Mark and the rest of the maintenance team came in a matter of hours and fixed everything up for us. I wish I knew all of their names to thank each and every one of them but my family and I are so grateful to them. I have extremely friendly neighbors and the appliances in the apartment are new and work well. I also love how safe it feels with every apartment having a Ring camera. Thank you to all of the staff and people that live here for making this place feel like home for us!
