I lived here for a year, and would say overall mediocre at best. Front office never answers the phone, when they do 1 out 10 times they are not very friendly, and 100% do not expect your deposit back. I had the carpets cleaned professionally, there was not a single spot left and they still charged me over $900 to 'replace' them along with other things they 'found'. I have attached the pictures I took the day before returning the keys. You can clearly see there are no stains or holes, nor was there a dog anywhere in my apartment as I am severely allergic. Please beware before renting from this complex, you will most likely have to deal with an office staff who doesnt care or is rude.

I had the worst leasing experience when I came in. The lady in the front was very rude. She basically told me to get out because she couldnt leave me in there. She had an appointment, and the appointment never showed up. Then I came in and she still chose to take two other people ahead of me when I had a scheduled time. I feel like because I am black. She chose to treat me very different than she treated the other people that were in there. my time is also valuable, and I feel like you should not treat your customers the way that you did. I hope for somebody from the property management can reach out to me and maybe I can set up an appointment with someone else but I feel like I dont even want to choose to live there because I could only imagine how you guys would treat your residents.
