Hefner's Auto Repair

They all had the worst customer service and attitude. We went to get an alignment and tires put on and once finished, they said they suspected something was bent in the front but never a clear answer with them. They also werent respectful of personal belongings. If you want fast service and a good repair for sure do NOT come here. If I could no stars I would but the best I can give is one. Service: Tires

My step-dad retired from Hefner's he did quality work for 25 years and I believe that Hefner's will keep doing quality work

Called this auto repair facility on behalf of my company to see if they would be interested in servicing our fleet of vehicles. I asked to speak to the service manager or owner regarding the commercial account. The service advisor said "they probably wouldn't interested" and promptly hung up on me.

Gary and his crew are the heart of the city. If you dont believe me, ask Gary and how long he has been there. Well over 30 years. Have then complete the work you need done and tell me they arent more than affordable, reasonable, and excellent service with quality
