        Very unfair practices. With T-Mobile if you give someone a phone then get mad and report it stolen even if it's a lie that phone is no longer able to be used.

        I called this location on Friday to see what the wait time was because I wanted to switch carriers, after having a terrible experience with Verizon and my phone not working. I was stressed because I had an event the next day and needed a solution ASAP. Service rep. Ian went out of his way to help me out. The manager Matt drove personally to another location to get me the phone that I wanted. Then Ian got on the phone with me and Verizon and after 45 minutes we were finally able to switch carriers. Then today, when I still had it outstanding questions about the account and promotions, I went in and Vanessa and Robert were so sweet and patient with me. This is what customer service should look like and they will have mine and my company's business for as long as they keep up this quality of service. Thank you T-Mobile team!!!!
