        Not good customer service. This location, the staffs may offer services but if anything happens, they are going to find reasons to avoid solving it. So if you need to buy something, you can come here. But once you need help to fix something, you may be disappointed.

        Above and beyond staff. I really appreciated the managers response to me not having a promotion attached to my account. He was attentive, respectful and most of all helpful. He resolved my issue in less than 20 minuets and rectified the situation. T-Mobile has my business as long as they're employed. Thank you.

        I have to say this store never fails me. Not only do they always have what I want but the people are awesome. No doubt they love their jobs. I would like to mention Jessica and her patience but I cant go without making sure Matthew and one other individual that collectively helped me with my problem.
