Horrible experience. 4 employees, and the only one capable to do something is the manager. I don't recomend this store by Jcpenney. Don't waste your time and your money with useless and liar people. They just throw a bunch of lies to get you, after that they ripped you off Someone from real T-mobile corporation needs to stop this reapers... Go to the one upstairs by Dilar's

Went in with my son to get phones for his business he has started i loan him the 100 they told him he needed to by the service was supposed to be by 1 phone get 3 free and 100 a month for service. Later that day he went to pick up the phones and was told he needed more of a down payment when he said no, that wasnt the deal Ive been fighting for 3 months to get my 108 dollars back from them. He never had the phones in his hand or turned on but i cant get my money back. They also sent a bill for 160 what a joke.STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!!!

Amazing experience. Walked in and was helped immediately Shyy helped us with all our questions and made sure we were completely satisfied before we left, even recommended a shopping center for a few products we were interested in.
