        An absolutely wretched place to live. Management and HOA have zero interest in enforcing any rules outside of the ludicrously limited parking situation. Neighbors are generally rude and treat common areas like their own backyard with no consideration for others. Too many dogs off leashes and no one picks up after them. It's a hell on earth that should be avoided at all costs.
