We've stayed here multiple times over the past few years. Currently sitting out by the pool on a beautiful Arizona evening.

Rooms modern ...but housekeeping horrible. Arrived and room was a mess not made up trash etc. Front desk said housekeeping said it was done. Got a different room. Granddaughter came down with strep while here. Medicine made her wet the bed. Told front desk to have them change sheets towels trash and needed TP. Return to room and beds had been made up with same wet sheets still on it.! No TP. Later saw vacuum in hall and housekeeper turned by elevator and had to hide a handkerchief from us . Looked shady. Pool was not heated to even lukewarm and hot tub not hot. Keys wouldn't work repeatedly had to go get new. Stayed 5 nights. Nice property but not up to usual La Quinta standards Won't be staying here again when visiting from Wisconsin.

Terrible place to stay! Beds were horrible, one was unusable - it sagged so bad you could see the huge dent nt from the doorway. Beds are barely bigger than a twin size, lights didn't work - only the bathroom light and daylight helped us to see. Their response to a review from the people we traveled with was "we have 5-star review for cleanliness and quietness" - they obviously don't care! Rooms: Terrible place to stay! I'm being charged a $400 deposit that will be refunded in 2 weeks. I stayed here last year and wasn't charged a deposit. It's a new policy that started a month ago. It's not a hold on my card, it's actually a charge. I will never stay here again.
