We recently stayed at this hotel for one night while in the Phoenix area. In general the experience is what you would expect from this level of the Best Western brand. The room was clean and comfortable as you would hope. The bathroom was pretty small and would be tough for anyone of "size", but hot water was plentiful . The breakfast was on par for the hotel brand and the location of the property was convenient to major highways and a number of restaurants. I feel that the checkin sets the tone for the hotel - a pleasant greeting, an extension of welcome, quick processing, offer for further assistance, etc - this was lacking.

We were their guests two weeks ago and unfortunately we had a very bad experience. My wife was there to participate in two business meetings, and I accompanied her. When we got there, because my wife had booked the hotel, she gave her the agreement and she signed it. On the afternoon of the second day, when I took my wife to the meeting place and returned to the hotel, the entrance card to the room did not work, and when I asked the reservation to resolve the problem, she told me that my wife should go to there because they have signed and even though they had seen me with my wife for two days (even that day before noon) and even though the problem it was their fault, they refused to solve the problem and I had to drive 15 miles and pick up my wife from a business meeting and bring her to the hotel so that she could solve the entry card problem that happened to both of our cards. My wife missed more than an hour of the meeting, and both of us will never recommend this place to you because of this very bad experience.
