Doug is an extremely knowledgeable & personable businessman. He began in construction & is professional in every aspect. I initially spoke to a more local public adjuster to our home. He had a greedy 180 approach in comparison to Doug. I can’t speak highly enough in every regard to Doug’s integrity. He is expeditious, practices in 13 locations. When our pipes burst under our slab causing a flood in our house we'd only just bought a year before we were devastated! It was very daunting, especially as first time homeowners who haven't experienced anything this big before. We decided to try a public adjuster and we are SO glad we did! We never had to speak first-hand with the insurance company, Hudson Douglas Public Adjusters made every phone call and email for us. We had to be put up in a hotel for 2 months---Hudson Douglas Public Adjusters made all the arrangements and made certain insurance would cover all the expenses! We ended up getting enough money through insurance to do a complete restoration including replacing all the floors/paint/baseboards in our house! Hudson Douglas Public Adjusters was VERY knowledgeable and explained things to us so we would understand the process completely. We received weekly communication with updates to our claim so we always knew where we were in the process at that time and what to do next. We definitely couldn't have done it without them and will forever be grateful to them! We hope to never have another situation like this, but if we do, We will be using Hudson Douglas Public Adjusters. We will be HIGHLY recommending them to all of our friends and family!
