Really disappointed and really frustrated with the situation my wife got into a car accident about 4 week ago and everything has been really difficult to get my car situated Jason my claim adjuster hasnt been the greatest hasnt had much communication with us about the status I have had to call multiple time to find out what going on. Than I get a call from the total lost adjuster regarding my car he quote me wat we are going to get but then I informed him that I was going to send him the receipt of the wheel and tire I had just put on including the receipt from the hospital when my wife went when all that was settled he call us back few days later to let us know that they could only give me 475 dollar extra. After talking to him about not being please with that I would talked to Jason and see what we could do I get a call back from micheal saying he drop my claim and move one since I didnt agree with what he quoted me and said someone else will call you in two or 3 day. It been a phone tag with both Jason and micheal and they havent even resolved anything about my car when the other insurance has agreed to cover 100%. All im asking is to do what right.

This one goes out to Malerie from amfam she is so patient, kind, and extremely helpful.. she has been with me since the beginning and I can call or text her whenever I need anything and she will respond right back! I am so happy with the service in general but also that you have your own agent that helps you and not multiple different people. But honestly even if it was multiple different people Im sure it would be the same experience!! But Malerie has wonderful energy and great knowledge and I really appreciate her help!! She is professional, accurate and if she doesnt know the answer she will definitely find out and reach back out when she has it!! Thank you Malerie for everything and thank you amfam for really caring about your customers!!! 5 plus stars !! Also the know your drive is a really cool feature and I definitely would recommend it to help with your driving on the road but also gives you a nice discount as well!
