I cant recommend Josh and Lilly enough. Theyre trustworthy, they care, they answered all of our questions in thorough detail. They went above and beyond when it came to our needs and our nerves. They made buying so easy and took out so much fear in the process. A few years later, we had to sell our home quickly for a change of jobs to a different state. There were a lot of emotions in it all and a lot of attachment to our home. Lilly walked us through the entire thing, found us above asking as well as the right buyer. Josh and Lilly as a team cannot be beat and I would 100% recommend them in the selling of your home or the buying of a new one.

I cannot recommend Lilly and Josh enough for your purchase or sale of your home. We worked with Lilly to sell our house and she was extremely knowledgeable and was always available to answer my millions of questions about the experience. She went above and beyond and the entire process went very smoothly because of it. Lillys experience and knowledge of the current market allowed us to get multiple offers well over our asking price. She genuinely cared about finding the best buyer for our house. I cant wait to use Lilly and Josh again when we are ready to buy another house in Arizona.
