        Great location, quiet community and affordable! We found this park by sheer luck when we were desperately looking for rv parking during snowbird season. We were pleased to see how clean the entire park is kept. The roads are nice and wide for any rvers who are curious. The pool is a nice luxury to have in the desert. The sites have nice big concrete pads so you can enjoy spending time outside. Its very quiet here and centrally located so any shopping you can imagine is within 15 minutes. For the outdoor lovers, lots of hiking options are within 20 minutes as well as the Desert Botanical Gardens. Rita in the office as well as all maintenance staff were extremely kind and helpful. We had a minor water leak and they had it fixed within the hour. I would highly recommend this park as its a hidden gem for rvers who want or need to be near mesa/Tempe/phoenix but dont want to deal with unreasonable rates or only 55+ rules. Highly recommend it and we would stay again!
