We are renewing for the 4th year? And I have been very pleased with Reich Realty. All of our maintenance requests are handled promptly and they are always so pleasant to work with.

Reich Realty is a horrible company to work with they need to be investigated for fraud charges and not doing there job like the state. I let Reich Realty be my property management company for a few years. After I let them know I would no longer be needing there services they just were horrible to work with. Long story short they rented a property of mine on a month to month lease without letting me know. Second Travis talks to much he forgets what he is saying. On my other property he said we signed the lease but he never did. It wasn't until a month later that the lease was signed after I ask for a copy. My new management company has requested paperwork from them and of course they took forever to respond and to get the security deposits for the tenants. I also rented a property from them for a year. I always made sure that the place was kept up and stuff that needed repair they knew about it. It came to the point where Travis said are you doing this on purpose calling in all these things. I was not happy with his attitude. Once I moved out the place was left like I had it. Maid came in to clean and wash carpet, walls, bathroom etc.. Travis did the walk through and says everything looks 99%. Security refund comes to me $300 short. I called and said why is it short. They said the blinds where broken. I said nothing was broken the place was left like Travis said 99%. They did not respond. From my experience this company will not be recommended at all. If I can give them zero stars I would. I will be reporting them to Restate contractor and other agencies. In response to you comment. Why is it you feel that you have to lie. Making excuses for your horrible work. First of all I have had the same tenants in there and they have not moved out so how would I charge them anything. You are trying to protect yourselves from bad press but its the truth. You guys didn't do a good job. Its funny how you never replied to the questions of renting my property month to month without letting me know. You are wrong about taking care of your contracts. I have a text where Travis says to me that a tenant is more important then the owner. I told him that was one of the reason you guys were fired. Don't cover up to protect yourself. Like I said before if I could give you guys no stars that would be it. Im glad Im with a company now that really takes care of the owner and does't charge what you guys charge. To those that read this there are better companies that you can do business with that are truthful and don't screw the tenant or owner.

These people are the worst. Rented through them for 2 years no problems at all until it comes time to get my security deposit back. Travis send me text asking questions about the home I rented accusing me of various issues, which I responded truthfully too, and didnt he like my answers as to when a switch flipped with him and he started acting very childish and unprofessional. Then he told me he wouldnt communicate with me anymore and to speak to his broker which is his wife. These two are charging me for items that are wearable and things that were out of my control. BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY. Will try and stick it to you in the end and keep as much of your deposit as they can.

Highly recommend. Rosey and Travis were easy to work with and answered their phones every and any time I needed to talk to them. Theyre worth every penny in my opinion, and I will continue to use them if I have rentals in the future.
