My boyfriend and I just signed a lease with TCT. We worked with Brittany Townsend and she has been absolutely amazing. I've asked a lot of questions and I'm sure sent more emails that she would like but she always answered every question I asked and never made me feel like she was irritated with me. She's been nothing but amazing. We are excited for our future of renting with TCT. Thank you Brittany I'll update my review 6 months in

Rude and disrespectful staff. They discriminated against my disabilities then stole my refund away and put false charges that weren't from us. They didn't even give us a chance to be a part of the inspection. They forcefully pushed us out lied about stuff we included in the move in inspection list. We recommend you go somewhere else do not go with this property management. They are unethical in every way. Make up some more lies, when we spoke you stated it was only the paint job in which there was no damage to walls or anything of which you are speaking to. Like I stated unethical and took advantage of someone with multiple disabilities. Lies lies and more lies. If that was the case you would have aloud me to bring a witness and wouldn't have done the inspection without me. If there was damage it was from you. This company is truly horrible. I left the place in better condition than when I received it. They viewed the property without me there and did damage to the property. We had a set time to view it and they were in the house causing problems before I arrived. In addition, they discriminated against my disabilities numerous times. This is the most disrespectful company/people I've ever seen. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE IN EVERY WAY

They rented an apartment to me that didnt have a towel bar or toilet paper holder in the bathroom, so I had to buy my own at Bed Bath and Beyond. When I moved out, I, of course, took the towel bar and toilet paper holder I purchased with me because I paid for them, and therefore it is MY property. These people really had the nerve to try to charge me for them after I moved out. The audacity. On top of it, they lied to me and claimed the owner was selling the property to trick me into moving out, then they put the apartment back up for rent for almost $400 more than I was paying for it. Jokes on them though because that apartment sat vacant for 6 months until they lowered the price back down to normal. Sad thing is, the other tenants in that same complex are still paying like $950 a month when the one they kicked me out of is only $750 a month. Crooks.
