image Just have to point out that the 5 star reviewer is trying to save face for this company but doesn't even refer to him by the name he goes by.... Seems a little fishy, that your "honest review" is out there to discredit the bad reviews. But this guy is pretty bad. Everyone makes mistakes but he knew he was in the wrong and decided to protect his pride and screw my clients rather than correcting his error.

image Invalid data resulted in an extremely low appraisal, both our loan officer and realtor prepared an appeal with statistically valid data and it was ignored.

image Paid for an appraisal and after a few weeks simply got the reply that they couldn’t appraise it - total waste and we had to hire a new appraisal firm to come out. If they had provided a list of issues or reasons it wouldn’t be an issue, but we were left completely in the dark.

image Terrible company, provided a couple comparable comps in the neighborhood besides the ones that went low and didnt even take them into consideration. Even sent it back for review, i guess they dont like to be called on their bs because it stayed as is.

image We recently invited Mr. Bill Hall into our home for an appraisal. We are in a new, highly sought after gated community. We were the second home built in this community and in the 9 months we have been here, the base price of our home has increased by 30k. In addition, we were lucky enough to pick one of the best lots with premium view fence and large green belt.
Mr. Hall incorrectly appraised our house in so many ways. He listed our home as a 2 car garage, when in fact, we have 3. In addition, I provided him with $30,000 in receipts from upgrades performed after closing (shutters, light fixtures, dinners, and backyard). The “comps” he provided were outside of our gated community. When I met with two separate realtors, they provided comps that were approximately $50,000 more than those selected by Mr. Hill.
Moreover, Mr. Hill did not meet with our builder to obtain current comps which would have provided even more accurate information.
Overall, I felt that Mr. Hill put in very minimal work and did not accurately appraise our home. I would not recommend him.
