What an absolute nightmare!!! This appraiser promised to have the appraisal done on a certain day and days later, no report, no communication with the mortgage company. Every time you try to call, the phone goes straight to voicemail. What an awful customer service, no integrity. If you are too busy then why take on appraisal assignments you cannot handle and complete? The lease you can do is answer the phone calls and respond with a date that you realistically can complete the report. Not answering the calls does not help the situation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Appraiser was extremely nice and friendly but gave me the wrong expectation for timing. Said appraisal would be submitted within a couple business days. Two weeks later mortgage company is still waiting on result as if its a missing appraisal. I need to close this loan in 10 days or I'm in default of judgement order.
