New Aliner purchased 6/22, great for one trip, bad battery, Toms installed battery disconnect, next trip no battery connection due to not explaining that they taped up all negative battery connections, cut the tr due to having to operate off of generator. Warranty parts took over 8 months to get in. Supposed to fix shower snaps, fixed 2 of 4, still cant hang a shower curtain. Figured out battery terminal on my own, the installed battery cutoff doesnt even work. UPDATE: Picked up our trailer 3/18, Brent took care of our issues and we are satisfied with the work now. We appreciate Toms for making things right.

Everyone here has been fantastic throughout the entire process. Matt was able to help find the right trailer. Justin did a fantastic job helping get all the accessories needed for my first trailer. I highly recommend Toms Camperland.

I have shopped around for a few years. I've bought dozens of vehicles but never a travel trailer. I was a tire kicker and was never too serious. It didn't help that the other dealers I had previously shopped at were generally not pleasant to be around. I had a very different, wonderful and positive experience at Tom's Camperland. I worked with Robert Stevens who worked hard to continuously show me options. He always made himself available, even when I would just drop in. He listened and gave very honest feedback, pros and cons on the different travel trailers. He texted, emailed and called all days and times, even when the store was closed or on his day off. Robert was patient and never pressured me to buy. The sales process was simple, easy and with no surprises. I am still a little shocked at how nice all the different staff were that I had to interact with. Buying a travel trailer (any RV) will not be without some challenges. And there is always room for improvement. But, when you are dealing with friendly, kind, honest people it makes everything soooo much easier and more pleasant. After my experience, I would not shop anywhere else. Go see Robert at Tom's!

Sprung a leak in my LEER shell while out on the road - stopped here to see when they could fix it. FRANK WAS AWESOME!! Took me right away, replaced the seal within 30 minutes - even during the busiest season in AZ. A few days later, I got a leak on a different window, so I went back. Again, Frank took it in right away, but couldn't find the leak. He provided very specific instructions on how to video it next time it happens so it's preserved under the warranty. My experience here was so good that if I'm ever in the market for a camper, I'd drive the 12 hours here from Colorado, just to buy from them. PS - hey Tom, you should give Frank a raise.
