Mike was absolutely amazing! Due to location short staffing situation our order was slightly behind, but he handled with the utmost respect and urgency. We are not just another numbered customer to him, we are valued. Upon pickup, Mike and Lisa were amazing. They made sure we loved our postcards and were satisfied with the services provided. Best customer service we have encountered in months.

Avoid the lady named KAI very rude and disrespectful, she worked at my fav store on Alma School in Mesa won't be going back there til she is gone her name is KAI, you probably had an encounter with her before, a real smart allec

I didnt get the associates name that helped me but she was wonderful! She took care of my printing needs, welcomed me and made me smile. I was there on 8/2/23 at 2:08 pm. Thank you very much for the great customer service !

Lisa went above and beyond for me from the moment I entered the store. I couldn't figure out how to use the full serve printer and she helped walk me through the whole process. She was very friendly and communicated with me timelines and checking in on making sure my print was successful and beautiful!! I really appreciate her getting this done in the time that I needed it!
