They still will not allow customers to try clothing on even this long after covid issues unlike other stores. I was told could return items and had a week to do so. I was not told it would be store credit only. I will never go back there again.

I wasnt going to post anything and just let it go but Im hurting so bad I am going to post because my heart really hurts and I hope Im not having a heart attack. Im 74 years old and just a little respect should be shown by this young woman. She told me I can continue to come in but I cant return any more clothes. Lets go back to the beginning. My sister has Alzheimers and I take care of her. I had bought her a bra at this thrift store but she didnt want it so I took the bag and returned it. It wasnt the right bra and they knew this how. They record everything that goes on in the store. Without your permission you are being recorded filmed and watched . Now, remember this it's without your permission !!! This is illegal. My sister had switched bras. She told me I could still come in but I couldnt return anything. When I saw her outside one day I explained the situation to her and she seemed so understanding. This brings us back to today I thought it was ok to return the clothes since we had a new understanding. She said I was very explicit , you cant return anything you buy here You cant try anything on so you dont know if it will fit. I was in shock I just stood there And said no no you didnt say that the second time but it wouldnt come out right. She said I am going to ask you to leave. I got kicked out of a thrift store! its not a charity it helps no one but her and her family. They make it look like a charity but its for show they ask you to bring food for another charity. Then, she started talking about me to her employees as I was leaving and I told her I will put this on social media She made it look like I was violent and she said I will take that as a treat. It is a threat Im posting right now. My constitutional right. I feel she thinks she can control everyone who walks in her store. And that its a privilege to walk in that smelly old store. Its not its hard to go in this is old used merchandise. Im too old to deal with this any further, please take my advise, this is a good store to skip. Buy new on sale probably much cheaper this not a charitable organization. No charity will charge tax when you donate you are donating to their business and giving them money for a private pocket
