This was head and shoulders above other tranny shops I've worked with over the last30+ years. Ron patiently explained my service and truck feels great now. I've been in customer service my whole life and it's so refreshing to deal with someone who not only does great work but shows that he can genuinely relate to the customer. Had a amazing experience here. It is definitely a Dimond in the ruff! They had me drop my truck off late in the day and had a rebuilt unit and had my transfer case rebuilt within 24 hrs and drives better then ever. Even replaced some extra stuff with no charge! They were very informative about everything that was asked and didn't smell like smoke like there last comment stated.. it was a very clean shop and great quality customer service. Will definitely recommend and will be using them in the future as well. Service: Transmission

I've been meaning to post this review for a while. Back in November, I purchased my house, money was tight, and transmission just went out. I was stressed out due to 6 months prior on a different vehicle, the transmission went out, and I was overcharged with horrible service by a different shop. I spoke with Ron, and he put me at ease.
