The people that work at Heart Wood are of the Lowest Quality. The worst !! Do not trust them around your children.. They are arrogant and proud of the destain they have for everyone.... Stay Away...

AWESOME!! Very easy to schedule and appointment because of prompt, friendly customer service. I had a branch down at the house I was house sitting because of a storm the night before. I didnt need it chipped, just removed from the tree so my client wouldnt come home to a branch blocking the sidewalk. Heartwood was so amazing that they waived their service fee! Great team there and they did a beautiful job making the tree look great again. Thanks Heartwood!!

Wonderful experience with true professionals! Our 25-30 ft saguaro recently fell against our house due to the monsoons. I called several places to get it removed. All but one said they would get back to me in 3-5 business days We had thousands of pounds leaning against our home! Heartwood felt it was an emergency (YES) and was on it right away! Howard explained everything he was going to do and why. I hated losing our beautiful saguaro but Howard put me at ease and took care of everything! We are using them again to trim all of our trees! Thank you for such a wonderful job!
