branch manager COLBY BRADY IS RUDE AND RACIST. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. i will be contacting corporate EVERYDAY until they do something about his behavior and lack of management skills. He was unwilling to have a normal conversation as human beings, nor as MANAGER to customer. He was very upset that my husband called me for insurance information "in front of him". He was very upset that my husband was speaking to me about how he was being treated. We vocalized having issues with this particular branch in the past. That is when he decided that he would not rent to us. We are top tier and enterprise customers, which meant nothing to him. He then insulted my husband by calling him confrontational for asking a question. Colby then became extremely racist by assuming my husband would be aggressive because he is a black man. My husband never even raised his voice. However, Colby referenced wanting to call the police. STAY AWAY!

I was really impressed with the speed and ease with which I was given a car within 15 minutes of my arrival. Shawn, the fellow who helped me, was very professional and accomodating. I literally felt 'cared for' as we call it in the Hospitality industry. I highly recommend using that outlet at 7th St and Camelback in Phoenix!

The staff are nice but very understaffed here. Horrible wait times even after checking in it took an hour and half to get a vehicle AFTER CHECKING IN! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Overall experience is poor aside from nice employees. Would not recommend. Go use Turo much quicker and overall excellent experience there. Do not come here.

I rented with enterprise for a while. ALL the staff was helpful. Jared, Katie, Chris, Jack and Celia were great. Thank you for your time and patience.
