Ive been shopping here for years. Love this store. This afternoon 4/5/24 around 8ish, I went to the fitting room to try on some pants. The associate that was in the fitting room handing out numbers was so amazing. Normally at many stores, its just a process and usually unforgettable. But, she made it special. I wish I could remember her name. Though I dont work in retail anymore, I did for many years. From Robinsons May to Nordstrom and then Barneys NY. When managing at Nordstrom, I always took pride and noticed the little things we could do to make a customers experience great! This associate was so warm and friendly. She had the happiest disposition and just made everyone feel good. This should be rewarded and she should be recognized. Its an amazing thing to pass along happiness when chatting with customers. More of this in the world, please!!
