Terrible customer service, and poor quality flowers. Complete delivery mess up.
Not interesting in hearing any possible apology from this place or for them to resolve issue. Just will never use them again.

I ordered something from ProFlowers and 1 800 flowers literally two completely different things not even remotely the same. It was my birthday and I wanted it to be really special.
A guy comes to my house very late in the evening, speaking no English. Give me two of the same items from 1800 flowers. I was so confused and because Im so honest and ethical I gave him one back I said I did not order two . I saw him taking photos so obviously there is proof. . Then I came inside and got confirmation emails from both companies that my order was delivered. I put two and two together and I guess they use the same florist. So my birthday got a little bit sad because I didnt get all my flowers. Please do better. I understand human error happens but youre representing two massive nationwide floral companies.
Please do better and be more careful with your orders. I will never recommend you guys and I will never order from either company if they are going to use as my florist. Sorry.
