The Peonies Shop Phoenix

I ordered the Peonies on the 10th of March, to be delivered on my wife's birthday which was the 13th of March. It is now the 15th of March and I have not received them, and I have not received any communication about when to expect them. Phone calls reach a New York number, which is never answered, and the "mailbox is full", so I can't leave a message. Received one email reply from a "Victoria" which said "We have orders system issue and currently working on it" but no further communication for two days. I requested refund but no response. I posted this negative review and got immediate response, but instead of a commitment to fulfill the order or even attempt to apologize they just asked that I not call them a scam and then refunded the money.

Fraud. Failed to deliver (and on Valentines). Spent over $400 and tipped very well for delivery. No attempt was made to communicate delivery troubles. Tried calling to resolve but no answer.

We ordered a wreath for a funeral , after 1800flowers failed us very badly. This flower shop response was AMAZING. Not only they delivered the same day and in time. The wreath was very beautiful and appropriate. Thank you for your work and professionalism

This shop has great customer service. I called late morning on a Saturday thinking I was not going to reach anyone. They text me back quickly. I was able to place an order and have it delivered same day. I live out of state so phone/text was my only option. They turned my stressful situation around and delivered a beautiful arrangement just in time. They also text to tell me the flowers were delivered. Thank you!!
