Drove 50 minutes to get a birthday cake for my employee and the payment system went down after cake was personalized and in check out line. Been waiting a long time and told I can leave or wait who knows how long.

My boyfriend and I came here to get some icecream. And were treated horribly, if I could I would give zero stars. The girl that took our order is a super skinny white girl. I dont understand why shes even there if she clearly doesnt want to work

I came in on 2/26. The girls working were horribly rude, rushing us to order when nobody else was in the store, plus an hour and a half before closing so I know youre not about to close. The counter where they mix ice creams was super dirty with different toppings all over. When I got my ice cream, my first bite had a walnut in it. I ordered NOTHING with nuts in it & I am very allergic. I let the girl know, and asked if she would be able to remake it for me. She rolls her eyes, proceeds to tell me how it is actually MY fault because I need to tell them about my allergies before I order and how that is the rule there. NEVER have I had an issue with having to list my allergies to a worker when I havent ordered anything with nuts in it. Maybe clean your counter?? Then upon remaking it, give me a smaller size then I had paid for. I wouldnt be making this review if the girl working had maybe shown me an ounce of sympathy that I couldve had to go to the hospital? Please teach your employees how to be respectful to customers.
