        This review is due to be being charged for not canceling my appointment I had an emergency that occurred on the day of and I couldnt cancel the appointment on time. I called and spoke to the manager and said he couldnt do anything. I understand thats an appointment set up with the therapist and thats their pay but being charged %100 of that and knowing I had an emergency they didnt do anything. I really liked my massage therapist, she did great. Megan is great. But after this, I wont be going back to this location nor any other massage envy.
