So I filed my taxes with this people on 3/21/22, electronic. Today is 5/25/22 And NO REFUND! I CALLED THE IRS AND THEY SAID THEY HAVE NO INFORMATION ON MY TAX RETURN! MEANING THEY HAVEN'T RECEIVED THEM!. IVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF THIS PEOPLE FOR THE PAST 2 MONTHS AND THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE'S! IVE WENT TO THE OFFICE MULTIPLE TIMES AND NO ONE IS THERE!. FOR SITUATIONS LIKE THIS THEY SHOULD REMAIN OPEN TO HELP! HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET THIS FIX IF THEY DON'T ANSWER THE CALLS OR EVEN REMAIN OPEN. LIKE IS THIS THE TYPE OF SERVICE THEY OFFER! IRS SAID TO CONTACT THEM BUT HOW IF I CAN'T GET A HOLD OF THEM!! IM VERY DISAPPOINTED! I'VE BEEN COMING HERE FOR THE PAST 3-4 YEARS. NOT ONLY THIS, ON MY 2020 TAXES THEY MISS SPELLED MY LAST NAME WRONG!

Just curious have any of you that have had a issue this year, receive their taxes yet . Im in the same boat as everyone also. Im not gonna bash Dora and say she didnt file them cause I did receive my state refund just not federal yet. Only thing is that I do wish her office were open

This office is completely messed Defrauding customers as you see many people paid $ 200 for efile but they cannot get refund because they didnt file the taxes they charged you. And office is closed , phone no answer , no email address . Best way is we have sue so that she will price for her fraud based service.
