      image Bob Lind (Camelwest Tax Service) is a competent tax preparer. However, he is one of the rudest and most unprofessional men I have ever met. I was a client for 12 years in spite of his condescending attitude because he seemed to do a good job on my taxes and I only had to deal with him once a year. When I recently moved out of state, he wouldn't give me the time of day. He told me that since I was now living in another state and wouldn't be using his services, he wasn't going to pay the postage to send me a copy of my 2012 info that I had requested - and then he promptly hung up on me before I could even offer to pay for the postage and his time. So much for being a 12-year loyal customer. How sad.
