        I have never done business with this company before. However, if the lack of professionalism and courtesy the technicians show while on the road is a reflection of how this company functions, I am glad I am not a customer. This morning one of their work vehicles not only cutting me off, they then proceeded to flip me off and drive erratically on our merge from the I10 to the 60. As a business owner, I find this concerning and I would highly recommend that you and that you put how's my driving stickers on your technicians vehicles so you can receive these reports. It can make or break a company's reputation if situations like this are not handled correctly.

        We have a really tough start to this relationship when they put two new units in the house but they didn't effectively hook up the units so after 7 attempts to install them correctly we finally had AC blowing into the house instead of superstition mountain. Now less than a year later, a unit is out. Super frustrating experience with them so far.

      We take safety very seriously, and thank you for not giving us any information to easily determine which vehicle it was that you had your incident with, we quite enjoyed going back through our GPS units and searching everyone's locations over those few days to determine which crew it was. I did talk to the driver, and the passenger, and they did acknowledge that there was a merging incident, where they slowed to let you merge, the same time you slowed, and they did acknowledge you appeared quite upset by this small incident, but both the passenger and driver (who are 2 of the nicest guys you'll ever meet), did have a different story about what happened next. We can agree to disagree on what transpired, but we can actually both agree to be be "glad" that you are not one of our customers. Be safe out there.

      I'm sorry it didn't go well. In our defense, we did offer to do a full HVAC inspection to the realtor, who opted to just have us provide a bid for replacement, which was for air handlers in closets. After the install, and after we were called out to complain of them not working well, we discovered the ductwork in the attic that was in really bad shape, not related at all to our install. It cost us a lot of time and money to get this fixed for you, but I do apologize for the inconvenience. In the future, perhaps we will inspect all the ductwork in the home without approval from the owner to do so.
