Suttons HVAC Service's

Suttons came out after a request with our home warranty company. They came out and quoted us over $5500 worth of work to replace some coils because of a bad temperature split and refinish a condensate pan. Seemed outrageous so we got a third party to come and do the same inspection. They didnt find an issue with the temperature split and said the work to repair the coils wasnt necessary because it was functioning fine. Do your homework before hiring Suttons. They also didnt provide us an invoice in writing or the results of the inspection.

I have never left a review, good or bad, ever. But these guys were so amazing that they deserve a quick shout out! I initially called my home warranty because my heat wasn't coming on and randomly got them assigned to me. They came out promptly and submitted what needed to be repaired to the home warranty. After a few days I hadn't heard anything, so I called Andy to see what was going on. He said it was now in the home warranty's hands and to give them a call. When I called the home warranty I was told they denied the claim. I was so upset and called Andy back to let him know - but I could barely speak through my frustrated tears. He immediately said "let me call you right back. I am going to see what we can do for you." Just a few minutes later, he called back and said "the owner wants to help you, so we are only going to charge you for the labor, not the part". I was so relieved as I was thinking this was going to cost me a fortune! They were so incredibly reasonable and I was SO relieved and thankful. So they came out the next day and did the necessary repair. But then, that evening and the next day, I noticed that my heat was still not coming on, so I called them back and they came right back to see what was going wrong. They were up there in the attic for quite a while trying to figure out what was wrong, until they finally took a look at my filter, which was so dirty it wasn't letting any air through. ( I DO change my filters, I guess I just let it slide for a little too long LOL) So once we changed the filter, everything started running smoothly. I cant thank them enough for all of the time spent getting me back up and running and not breaking my bank. They even followed up the next day with a phone call to be sure everything was heating properly! Who does that these days??? So often its hard to find kind humans in this world. I was lucky to run into these 2! I will recommend them to everyone I know! I hope you do too!

Huge shout out to Suttons HVAC Service for saving us! When the AC goes out here in AZ its miserable! They were able to get the job done within no time. Super easy to work with and very informative. They even gave me lots of advise to help me save on my electricity bill. 10 out of 10 recommend!
