        Bought a New House on Prospector Way back in 2008... Bob, the CONtractor/Stupidintendant fixed everything with a putty knife, standard screwdriver and a 2"x4"... as a straight edge. Oh, and duct tape.

        This HOA is the worst. They do literally nothing but take your money and send you warnings about your car being too close to the street.
