    Got in and out very quickly...Customer service was awesome....my cost for the 10 ft. Truck was very reasonable...Great job and Thank you very much....Would recommend this location for U Haul to everyone....

    Mobile website online reservation system is very poor. I am incredibly displeased with UHAUL'S unclear policies, tedious reservation process, and time-consuming and frustrating mobile pickup. 1) Step 1 of reservation allowed me to select City A for UHAUL pick up and City B for UHAUL drop-off. Step 2 allowed me to pick 9' cargo van. Step 3 allowed me to select City A for location. This gave me the impression that I could pick it up in City A and drop off in City B, per the Step 1 of reservation. However, it is UHAUL's policy that 9' cargo vans must be dropped off at the same location of pick up. I learned this information from the cashier at the UHAUL store when. I picked up the van. This was not mentioned at any point during the reservation process. As result, I had to drive an additional hour out of my way to return the van. I found out later, by reading the confirmation email, that UHAUL had listed City A as both pickup and drop off location. Pick up and drop off policies must be very clear and explicitly stated during the online reservation process. You cannot rely on customers to closely read the confirmation email. 2) Online reservation process is frustrating. After selecting UHAUL van, the website brings you through several different pages, trying to upsell you on different items (damage protection, Safetrip, dollies and furniture pads, storage units etc.). It is annoying and tedious to have to decline all these things individually. There should be just one page where you can select/decline items from each category. 3) Mobile pickup was difficult and frustrating. I was only able to provide the assurances (passport/additional contact/lease agreement etc) after arriving at the UHAUL for pickup. It was awkward and tedious to fill out information from my car in the parking lot. I provided my passport through the app, and it took so long to verify that I gave up and went inside to talk to the cashiers. UHAUL online/mobile should give you the option to provide assurances ahead of time. 4) UHAUL request for assurances (passport/additional contact/lease agreement etc) is unclear and inconsistent. Confirmation email requested that 2 items be provided, but only 1 item was required during mobile pickup. 5) Mobile pickup was frustrating and tedious, as I had to decline all the same upcharges (damage protection, Safetrip, dollies and furniture pads, storage units etc.) that I had already declined during online reservation. I was annoyed to have to go through this extensive upsell during reservation, and doubly annoyed to have to do it again while sitting in my car in the parking lot at UHAUL. UHAUL has unclear policies, frustrating online reservations, and a tedious mobile pickup process. It was a terrible customer experience. I will not use UHAUL for my next move under its current conditions. It is too much frustration. I'd much rather go to a more expensive competitor than have to deal with the frustration of UHAUL'S customer experience.
