I wish I did not have to leave this review. I did not have a great experience. Emmet was able to knock out the taxes however his knowledge on some of the more complex items is lacking. The communication after the taxes submitted is abhorrent and also non-existent. I find it highly disrespectful to file my taxes and then answer no questions to see if there are more savings that could be had. In my case there are more savings, a little over $2,500 in bottom line credit he did not work correctly. I will need to have the taxes re-done. A waste of $260.00 for him to do what I could have done online for free, I pay for support, and he has provided none.

Did a decent job on my business taxes however, was not very engaging nor personable. It did not seem he wanted to talk about a tax strategy with me for future years of filing. A mediocre tax experience. The post tax responses are terrible, has not returned numerous emails and phone calls.

They are so fast and did a wonderful job! We got our return within 3 weeks we will definitely be using tax express again!
